RJ aims to graduate successful students who are confident in themselves and ready to positively contribute to society. RJ has a distinguished reputation for promoting excellence and seeks to leverage our collaborative energy and supportive community to enable our students to move confidently into their future.

Teaching and non-teaching applicants will be professional, energetic and committed to our School's vision for Western Sydney. In particular, we welcome applications from teachers who are highly professional, passionate about their subjects and strongly focused on the individual student.

All applicants including casuals must be supportive of RJ’s Christian ethos and active in their faith. A current Minister is expected to be listed as a referee with the Application.

Applicants must also have a valid employment Working With Children Check Clearance Number prior to engagement and be fully vaccinated.

Due to outstanding results in our inaugural Staff Voice Survey, RJ was awarded the Best Workplace Award 2021 by Voice Project to reflect exceptional levels of employee engagement and satisfaction across more than 40 industries, identifying RJ as a great place to work. Maths

Please email the completed Application for Employment, CV, transcripts, and other relevant documents to employment@rjas.nsw.edu.au, noting that one of the three referees will be your current Church Minister. A current Working With Children Check Employment clearance number and your date of birth (for verificaiton purposes) must be provided at the time of application as well as a COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate.
